Able needs is dedicated to children and young adults with special needs.   We understand the challenges and strains of raising or caring for someone who requires assistance and this site has been specifically designed to provide information from one source .. Able needs.

Able needs aim is to provide a comprehensive service to families who care for a child or young adult with special needs.  We seek to provide useful information on all aspects covering Daily Living, Getting around and Getting away.  Within each section you will find details of relevant products and links to the providers websites.

Able needs does not operate as a shop it is a resource site to allow you the parent, carer or professional to view products and services that are available without the hassle of searching the internet.

Who we are

I founded Able needs in response to a growing need to provide information on products and services that are available to parents and carers of children and young adults with special needs. 

Having personal experience of having a child with cerebral palsy I understand the strains and frustrations that are experienced, nothing comes easy it is a constant fight and struggle with authorities or professionals.

Throughout their growing years you become a source of information of products and services and it is inevitable that your knowledge is shared with others.  We have carried out extensive research to establish if there is a site such as Able needs.  The site has been designed to make your life a little easier by having relevant information on one website.
